Knight Runner

A simple infinite runner where you play as a knight fleeing destruction.

Welcome to Knight Runner! This simple game combines runner-style games with a little combat and a little platforming to craft the adventure of a lifetime! Play as a knight, fleeing the ruins of your former kingdom, challenged at every turn by enemy invaders seeking to cut you down.

When running, use the up arrow key or W key to jump.

When fighting, use the arrow keys or WASD keys to control the player, and press the space bar to attack with your sword. Touch the green circle to continue after defeating all enemies

The game ends when your health reaches zero, or you fall off the map.

This is my first published project, so any feedback would be appreciated!

Note: The player sprite is from Hero Knight - Pixel Art by Sven Thole and the enemy sprite is from Hero Knight by Luiz Melo. Thank you to both of these creators for their wonderful assets, sparing the world from my atrocious art skills! Additionally, the border for the health and speed bars is sourced from an old Brackeys tutorial.
